I did my 2nd round of legs & back with P90X. It's a love/hate kind of relationship!
But it sure does wonders for your lower half!!
Actually, I could tell that this 2nd time, the entire routine seemed lots easier than it did the 1st time, last week. While painful..I was able to go lower and hold till the 25 count!
The wall squats STILL are a nightmare, beyond belief, though!!!!
I was hoping to get in a Tae Bo session today/tonight..but it didn't pan out. Hubby had day off and we did running around..took puppy to groomer for her 1st 'professional' bath..and went to thrift stores buying stuff for our RV. Bought the cutest little TV for only $4.50 and it looks and works like brand new! Only issue is, it didn't come with a remote, so I went and bought a universal remote about 7pm. After spending FOREVER trying to program the darn thing (I hate it when something doesn't work as it should & I refuse to give up!), and being unsuccessful, so far....
the clock read 10pm and I'm too pooped to kick & punch for 50 minutes!
Tomorrow it's just me and the pup, so I'm gonna do my best to do either 2 rounds of Tae Bo or a Tae Bo and a P90X routine!
Today's P90X session...
Legs (TONS of squats, lunges, & killer wall squats!!!)
Back (pull-up varieties using resistant bands connected to door) 35 each!
Didn't track 'calorie burn', but there's NO WAY it doesn't eat up some calories!!
