Ok, my 'plan' WAS to do a 55 minute session of Tae Bo...but about 20 or so minutes into it, my darn sound went POOF! emoticonSo, while jogging in place, I tried to figure out why. Seems my connector to the TV had jiggled loose during all my jumping around..but by this time, I had already screwed up the DVD and lost my last finished point! emoticon

Needless to say...I had to re-start the DVD..fast forward..and actually re-did several of the movements I had ALREADY been through, cause I got sick of 'searching'. emoticonSo my workout ended up going an EXTRA 18 minutes!! emoticonBut I made it!! emoticon

It has been about 1 week since I last measured and in just this one week, I have dropped a total of 4.5 inches!! emoticonMy waist, hips, and thighs were the biggest losers..so the 'visual' changes are becoming VERY noticeable, in not only the mirror..but in how my clothes fit! emoticon

As for the scale...this morning I 'finally' had a drop, as its been 8 days since my last loss. It felt loooonger than it really was, as I was just 1 day past of the 'week' time line. Anyway, I had a 1.5 pound LOSS!!!! emoticon

Now, on to today's workout numbers......

1 hr 13 minutes! emoticon
1 hr 8 minutes 'in zone'! emoticon(a lot of the 'out of zone' time was during the 'amped' times and my HR would go over & above!)
Average HR 133bpm
Maxed HR 162bpm! WOW!!! (that's called pushing it!) emoticon
Calorie burn 513!! emoticon
