Since I have so many different Tae Bo workouts to chose from, this time I did one of my latest (used) finds...Tae Bo Get Ripped. Some of the moves were new to me and I didn't know what to expect, so when all those squats & lunges kept going on and on and on...my thighs & butt were screaming!!
But I made it through and here are my totals......
50 minutes 'in zone'
Average HR 139
Max HR 161
Calories burned 417!
The one thing I really like about Tae Bo, is that the routine has your body going through so many upper low, medium, high, and ultra highs..it's like doing HIIT and not even realizing it!
