Take a deep breath and calm self and make a plan!

So after writing yesterdays blog many things came swirling through my mind and I started down a downward spiral of literally freaking out. However after talking with some people I calmed down and set some real goals and plans to accomplish them. Currently I work 3 jobs so its hard for me to really get in some good exercise without feeling exhausted after going from one job to another. So I am going to write down here what exactly my plans are and my weight loss goals. I plan to lose about 2 lbs per week which is a good goal for me to set. So here I go. Now remember I am going off of losing 2 lbs a week.

January 17 2010: Current weight 355 lbs
July 4, 2010 (my fave holiday) 300lbs
Incentive: Buy a bathing suit so I can swim when we go on our annual camping trip! I havent worn one in years!
August 31st 2010 (my 27th birthday)-282 lbs
Incentive: Get a full body massage
October 31 2010-258 lbs
Incentive:Buy and wear a halloween costume for my friends annual halloween bash!
November 27th, 2010-250 lbs
Incentive: Use the money I have been saving to actually go shopping on Black Friday
December 31st 2010-240 lbs
Incentive: Use my holiday money/savings to spend a full day at a local spa
February 14th 2011: 226lbs
Incentive: Go to a regular store and buy some new clothes
July 4th 2011-182 lbs
Incentive: Show off my new bod at my high school 10 year reunion!! (its actually the weekend before the 4th)
August 1, 2011-175 lbs
Incentive: Be at my goal weight and maintain my new healthy lifestyle for the rest of my life!

My exercise plan
~ Since I work overnights( 5 days a week) but get an hour break use that hour to do one of the following three things or a combo the 5 days that I work there. Hopefully around the same time on these days.
1.) Use the eliptical or treadmill in the small fitness room for 30 minutes then increase to 45 after 4 weeks, then an full hour after 8 weeks
2.) Use one of the many fitness dvds that they have for the same amount of time as above
3.) Walk/Jog the actual gym area for 30 mintues, the shoot basketball for an additional 30 minutes.


My healthy eating plan
1.) Use the food guide pyramid as my guide in obtaining enough fruits and veggies during the day.
2.) Use a food journal to keep track of food intake
3.) Drink water or ice tea with lemon instead of soda
4.) Switch from ground beef to low fat turkey breast to use in recipies and include more grilled chicken and fish
5.) Pack a healthy luch and snacks for work
6.) Plan my meals in advance and follow it!

Well this is my big plan all written down for all to see. I will amend them as I see fit, but I want to be able to show off my hot new bod to my old high school classmates, especially my old crushses. I am ready to change my life for the better!
