1st workout of the new week...

Can't say I felt like I worked it AS hard as I normally do. But I worked it, all the same...and that's the most important thing! emoticon

My fitness goal for this new week, is to reach the same 2,100+ calorie burn as I achieved last week. Spark has me down to burn 1,700, but I decided that I could challenge myself more than that. So I inserted the increase and this reduced my goal reaching date by 30 days! emoticon

Here are today's totals....

46 minutes 'in zone'
Average HR 128
Max HR 162! **See, I DID work it!** emoticon

Calorie burn 330! **300 is my daily goal amount to reach, if I'm to make my 2,100+ calorie burn for the week...so this puts me 30 cals ahead of the game! emoticon
