Spare tires don't go flat!

Tuesday, January 19, 2010

Ok-first of all-I've found my spare tire----oh no, not like it was before when I was just fat all over!!! Now, I've lost a lot of the top half fat but the bottom is slow, slow!!! So-I've found that spare tire I lost--and this one don't go flat!!! It feels weird-not as much supports it in place anymore so it----is like a tube. I'd swear it felt better when I was fatter!!! Ok-lets not go that far!!! Sparkies, we should market this to Michelen, or Firestone!!! This spare--ain't going flat!!!! emoticon

OK, but think of the Michelin Man...doesn't he have MULTIPLE spare tires? So by Michelin standards, you are only the Michelin Man's mini-me. That was supposed to be a compliment...I need to work on my compliments! Any way, it will redistribute...it's like that "awkward stage" we go through during puberty!

lmao I know what you mean but try to do more lower ab exercises that's what is keeping you back. You see ab crunches alone won't help the lower abs so try some lower exercises you might see a difference. The same with the legs.......doing exercising for just the upper tights won't help your calves now will it?

Don't get frustrated, I know it's hard but you can do it. I believe in you emoticon oh by the way to cheer you up snowie *my cat* said hi. lol I was typing to your blog and she kept meowing and looking at it.
