Help Visulizing

I am having a hard time with the Spark book. In the intro there is a comment to 'Visulize' you self..... Problem is I can't seem to visulize anything positive about me. It is such a drag. I tell myself that I can just skip this and keep reading but it is just not working. emoticon

    Thanks for the support. I will work on the ideas that you have sent me. Yesterday I went to the gym and did a really good work out. But, I wound up with a touch of nausea. Figured that I over did and didn't drink enough. Today I still feel crappy. But the secret here is....I don't like feeling crappy and so out of spite I will be back at the gym.

    I think what is important here is that you admit to yourself that just because you are carrying around more weight than you would like that does not mean that there are no positive characteristics.

    Take the time to start a paragraph of your positive attributes (I have posted mine at the bottom of my spark page to remind me when I forget). Then you can add to it as you think of things.

    If you cannot treat yourself well it is going to be very difficult to do those things you deserve and need to do to let go of those extra pounds.

    Maybe if you could look up a photo of someone like Nigella Lawson or Chloe Marshall and photoshop your head onto their body and use that as a start for visualization.
