ugh! i am the most unmotivated person alive. i keep telling myself that i am going to really do this and the minute something more fun comes up i fail miserably. don't have any idea what to do at this point. am seriously disappointed in my lack of conviction. can't find the energy to make it better.

    What we eat can affect our emotions; the frustration or lack of energy can be related to what we eat.
    Just move more than you did yesterday or last week. Just do something. And fill in the calorie counter even if you don't watch calories. It is interesting to see where most of our calories come from: protein, fat or carbs.
    Try getting the numbers to even out.
    Maybe you can fix the lack of energy w your diet.

    Just a thought.
    YOU can do this, but only you can. And no one is more special than anyone else so if we can lose weight and inches, SO CAN YOU!

    You gotta give yourself some space and time. You can't expect to rush in and be enthusiastic at every moment. There are ups and owns, so just crawl through this down time and remember that you will be up again and full of energy maybe tomorrow...don't give up! Wait out this bummer and you will be fine; you have all the capability you need, you jyt gotta be patient with your self.

    I put my fitness goals down in writing and since I know I need to track them I have been faithful. It's only been a week, but maybe try that. Also, start small, 5 min 2x a day. Good luck.
