What 2 things have you done today to make you feel proud?

I want to focus more on POSITIVES and less on NEGATIVES, ala the Spark book. I'm moving toward the light, not shrinking from the darkness. What I did that I'm proud of:
1. I walked/jogged 50 minutes on my treadmill -- NO HANDS! (that's a first)
2. My lunch is made, my dinner is planned, and it's only 7:14 a.m.
So what positive things did you do today??
