Out of the AL challenge but Whew!!

I went to a social media conference in Nashville last week with my friend, Lynn. We had an absolute blast and she totally spoiled me with room service, room service, room service! It was so fun to sit up in our comfy, cozy beds in our pj's and talk and giggle and eat our meals in bed! Tons of fun!

And the conference was really great, too!

But I got way off track. Way. And have had trouble getting 'back in the game'.

In the AL challenge that I'm in, we weigh in every Monday. When Monday came, I was nervous - just a little. And when I stepped on the scale, I couldn't believe it, I'd only put on TWO POUNDS!!! Two measly little pounds!

So I was out of the 'official' part of the challenge - but, I'd only put on 2lbs - that made me so happy!!!

So I finally logged back into Sparkpeople today and I'm trying to get back in the saddle.

Our daily challenge today was to make and image chef pic, so....

    Cute, I am not very creative but it was fun. Glad see you are back and I am glad you just didn't give up and you can keep on going. Two pounds will come off and then before you know it you will drop five. One day at a time!!

    I sooooo love that pic! That is awesome! You can get right back up on that horse and ride. We are all going to have periods where we eat more and should be able to enjoy it. The point is, those times should be few and far between. Day to Day is what is going to get you to the finish line!
