GOOD LUCK VANRON--its a big challenge for everyone. Hope you feel better as the day goes on. Lucky you got a massage! Water is in lots of things and some days you get it all down (the 8 cups) and some days you don't. I have made it to that amount gradually and it took quite a while to get used to it.(the new arguement from what I've read medically recently......is you shouldn't drink 8 whole glasses a day as for most people it is too much along with other water sources) So it doesn't matter as long as you can down some of it most days. Have you tried putting juice in with it or the flavorings you can buy? Then it doesn't seem so much like... JUST WATER.
I also, do feel better when I drink most of that amount.(But it took TIME) One of my tricks to do it is--- I can't drink anything else unless I drink a little (about half a cup) first or drink that same amount before every meal or snack, then it adds up slowly instead of one cup at a time--glub glub.
