    Katmomma, yup, though most of those factors I knew without putting in there. I know my breakfasts are putting cholesterol high this week -- I need to figure out some appealing high-protein, low-carb breakfast ideas that don't use eggs. My vitamin intake is rarely high enough, so I'm used to taking supplements to help that. And as long as I'm having popcorn, my fiber intake is generally pretty good. ;)
