3rd. week review (2lb loss and P90X!)

This was an exciting week for me! Lost 2lbs total!!! I'm feeling great and just started P90X on sunday; an intense 90 day workout program designed to get you fit and ripped! The plan is to be swim suit ready at the drop of a hat by summer!!! Wish me luck and follow along as I start this new journey!
