Some set backs

The weekend was not good. I was traveling and stressed so I didn't eat anything good and I didn't track my food for two days. I am trying to get back on track. I exercised yesterday and I started tracking my food again. I think part of the problem is that I am doing too many things at once and I worry about everyone else but myself. I really need to start telling myself and listening that my health and well being are the most important things. If I don't keep myself healthy then I am not able to help anyone else.
