I'm doing fine, not perfect, but still a passing grade. Giving myself about a 78% for yesterday.
I have a lot going on at school. As of this morning I have 109 assignments to grade (no, I didn't count them; my online course management system broadcasts that to me every time I log on).
I wrenched my knee at cardio power pump, I think last Saturday. The Spandex Nazi has you stepping forward, back, left, right to a fast beat while using weights and sometimes my feet just don't go where they're supposed to.
TC (who is ready for a knee replacement) is panicked that I will do more damange so has talked me out of doing the classes until it doesn't hurt anymore. I know he's right...but that seriously impacts my exercise routine.
I also bought a small container of almonds the other day (good fats, right?) Well, not so good when you eat them all in one night.
SO...in light of Vandal's post today about talking to myself better, I am going to let yesterday go and make today a great day. I will get on the treadmill, do some spark videos for weight training, and do a great job eating! I am proud to say I have NOT had any alcohol for 10 days and that's the most important STREAK for me right now. I'm trying to flip my thinking so it's not something I'm giving up, it's something I'm doing for myself because I DESERVE THE BEST OF HEALTH!
