I reached my January weight loss goal of 10 pounds!!!
Wasn't sure it would happen, since my 'normal' weight loss, per week, has been 1.5 pounds and I reached that on Monday's weigh in. But, when I seen I was JUST a 1/2 pound away from making a HUGE milestone, in just one months time, then I was determined to challenge myself to fight for that 'extra' little bit!
And I did!! I REALLY pushed with the exercise, and I made certain to keep my foods choices SPOT ON! Even when my husband wanted us to go eat at Subway....I said NO!
There was noway I was gonna let a healthy, but EXTREMELY HIGH SODIUM, sandwich mess with my scale numbers!
This is just soooo awesome!! I DID IT!!!
And then, as if that wasn't enough good news! I have some more!! The inches even gave quite a nice drop, this morning, too.....
Waist: 1/4" Loss!
Hip: 1/2" Loss!!
Stomach: 1/4" Loss!
Chest: 1/4" Loss!
Total loss = 1.25' Loss!
Total loss for this ENTIRE week = 2.25" Loss!!
Grand total for the ENTIRE month = 12.5" Loss!!!
I am soooo excited, that here it is..11:30am..and I still have not even eaten breakfast, yet! Guess I best go do that!!!
