On Friday I weighed in at 228. But today I weighed in at 231. I was surprised because my eating and exercise was good for the last few days. Oh well. I am happy that I was able to do all of the bootcamp workouts. I feel more toned and have more energy since beginning the bootcamp.

3. Strength-training- 10 Exercises

5. Healthy Eating-Ate within calorie range
6. Water-4-Cups.
