Boot Camp Ending Stats!! Hmmm...not sure how I feel about them.

January was such a tough month for some reason. Between that and December I haven't done real well compared to previous months. But at least there has been some progress. Here are my updated stats and I'll try to get pics on tomorrow.

1/3/10 - 1/31/10 = Amount Lost

weight 229 - 222 = 7 lbs.
neck 16" - 15.75" = .25"
upper ab area 45" - 42.75" = 2.25"
waist 42.25" - 40.5" = 1.75"
hips 48.5" - 46.75" = 1.75"
rt. thigh 26.75" - 26" = .75"
rt. calf 18.75" - 18" = .75"
rt. upper arm 16.5" - 16" = .5"
rt. forearm 11.5" - 11.25" = .25"

Total Lost:

7 pounds
8.25 inches

Now it's on to February!

** UPDATE 2/3/10 No new pictures to post because I couldn't see any difference in the before and after pics!

    Whoa! Look at that waist measurement!! since that's the most serious one for a healthy future - that sort of movement in such a short time is fabulous.

    I think your post bootcamp stats are very solid - they look like real progress, not water progress. congratulations. Just do that every month and think where you'll be next Christmas!

    You go Mary Ann! I started strong but quickly lost steam; I think I tried to do too much at once. At least I've done well with my calorie counts and thus have continued a healthy loss, but I think I'll work on adding in my exercise more slowly so I can make it "stick".
