Well its been awhile since my last post. It has been 2 whole years since the day I started my workout journey. The day I made up my mind to lose weight took a lot of guts and determination. I'm so proud of myself for accomplishing a half body size. I'm starting to look more normal in my clothes. GOSH!! its hard to believe all of this. It has taken me 2 decades to gain all this weight, and its taking much longer to lose all the rest. Thats ok because I've got my exercise syncronized, my food intake in check. I've learned what it takes to become a healthier person. I know I can keep going til I get to that finish line. KEEP ON KEEPING ON!
