Don't know why I'm not "feeling it", but I've had a bad couple of days. I'm mad that I can't ever hold on to the 150's.
It takes me 3 weeks to get down to 159 and 3 days to head right out of them again. I'm generally good during the week but NOT SO MUCH when the weekend hits. I've got to find a way to work with that.
I'm going to work on reigniting my "spark" this week by faking it 'til I make it. I will exercise daily and get back to my WARRVESTS.
I'm thrilled by Goddess of Go's success! Girl, you are just where I want to be!
