Off to a good start

30 min Cardio Boxing, 15 min strength training on Fit+, LOTS of stretching to hopefully prevent any further soreness.

Tracked my food for the day including the meatloaf that I made this morning and stuck in the fridge for tonight's dinner. Had to modify breakfast since I didn't have time for eggs and squash. Instead having left over chicken and stovetop. It needed to get out of the fridge and that's a lot of protein to start the day off with. A lot of carbs, too but I don't have very many the rest of the day.

Overall, the fat is a tad low but everything else is where it should be.
