Hah! But not in a bad way.

Vandal has challenged me to 30 days without alcohol. Talk about a challenge! However, I MUST do it if I am to get past the 160 mark and STAY THERE.

Nancy15togoal has challenged me to get in the 150's! She and I have both been "talking" but not "walking". So we are both ready to stop TALKING and take action!

So I welcome these challenges as motivation to continue on. My goal was to lose 5 pounds per month, and while I DID bounce up at the end of January, I DID hit my goal of 160.

The goal for the end of February -- 155. THIS WILL BE THE TOUGHIE!!! I haven't been below 158 since MOBY DICK WAS A MINNOW!

I'm still at work but am looking forward to checking in with everyone later tonight. Hope it was a good one for you today!

Very impressive and good attack plan. 155 here you come. Here's another plan for you. You need to start stashing 20 or 50 dollars for every pound you lose so you can buy yourself some new clothes. That is quite the reward!

And, while we usually keep around our "other weight" clothes. If it has been since Moby was a minnow....If you have any left from that era that have not rotted, they will be retro.

So new clothes are a must!!

Glad I'm not in the alcohol-free challenge. Isn't red wine good for reducing cholesterol?

We can both win this challenge!

Of course he had to do it on the month with Mardi Gras.

I'm sure you'll win that challenge just fine.
