Still at it....

Okay...still at this weight loss/getting in shape thing. I've not been on Spark here lately, I am so busy with school, and work, and 3 kids, and yes, going to the gym, and watching my diet. In the past 2 weeks, I lost 4.2 lbs of fat and gained 1.2 lbs of muscle...Woohoot!!! That is a -3 lb difference on the scale! Loving it! Ok....taking a break from school work to watch my favorite show--or at least one of my favorite show--CSI Miami. Getting up to go to the gym for 5AM when it opens and taking my Water Supply & Hydrology notebook with me to study for a quiz at 8AM...lol. I will study while I shoot for 2 miles on the treadmill. AFter that, I will ride 5 miles on the stationary bike....between the two, I should have plenty of study time :) Last week, this is how I studied for an Environmental Chemistry quiz and I found out today that I got 10 out of 10 correct! Who would have thought that treadmills and studying go hand in hand?!?!?! Ok....tata for now!
