My Challenge to myself and all of SparkPeople! Help me get my 1st picture of myself on my Spark page

I wanted to take this time to issue a challenge for me and yet for you as well!! I really am planning on working out everyday however I dont have a gym membership and I like so many others run out of ideas so this is what I am going to do....Challenge me state a method of exercise u think i can do or cant do!! I will try anything! Everyday I will pick something that one of my blog visitors has suggested! I will take pictures or even do a video blog as proof that I am actually doing this!! And after I have completed or at least attempted each challenge I will post my results!! So come on SparkPeople!!! Let me hear your challenge! This is going to be fun! Plus it will be my first pictures posted!!Oh yes and I forgot if there is any food challenges you would like to issue you can do that to!!!! Just a note....I am allergic to all fruit except pineapple and blueberries!! Thanks you everyone!!!

    Well I finaly remembered to get on here and challenge you. Sorry I just have had so much success with my idea on facebook with the whole challenge thing,I seem to forget about Sparks. I still cant help but to wonder if you would have more feed back on fb only because you already have so so so many friends on there. Well either way here is my challenge to you. Its nice out today. take a short walk or a long one. or if you dont get this today do it tomorrow. and if the weather is not nice do a work out video. To keep your mind off food organize your bathroom or one of the kids rooms. YOU CAN DO THIS ANG. I know you have it in you girl. Love Me

    hummmm...a CHALLENGE? You asked for it ...so I am going to give you one! emoticon

    It will have several parts..

    1. bring a gallon of water a day
    2. no processed foods for 2 weeks. You will see what a difference it makes!
    3.Workout an hour a day. 4 days must have 30 minutes of cardio.
