This weekend I TOTALLY fell off the wagon. I was a bottomless pit all weekend. Then Monday "that time of the month" showed and I knew why.
So I'm setting a goal for my "fresh start".
Sunday - 30 min Cardio Boxing, strength lower body
Monday - 30 min Cardio Boxing, strength core
Tuesday - 30 min Cardio Boxing, strength lower body
Wednesday - 30 min Cardio Boxing, strength core
Thursday - 30 min Cardio Boxing, strength lower body
Friday - rest
Saturday - rest
I printed out the exercise check-list from Spark and will take it home and pin it to the wall. Then I'll check off each thing when it's done. I printed out this week plus the next 3 weeks. Tomorrow morning, I'll weight and take measurements so I can compare them to the end of this period to HOPEFULLY see progress. Granted, it will be "that time of the month" again so I might be wise to drag it on an additional 2 weeks before taking the new measurements. Hmmm, will have to see...
