I know I am vitamin deficient. I took vitamins when my mom had me take Flintstones!! I loved those things too!! So many many moons have passed and I didn't take anything. I felt like all my college years of ramen and black beans would be sufficient enough. Who knew that Rum doesnt really have all that high of a nutrional value. Well more years have passed and here I am 39 years old and finally realizing after reading many books, see other blogs, and just researching that my momma was right!! I have been reading that people with hypothyroidisn also need higher in some vitamins and a little less in others. I went and bought a great multi for women, evening primrose (for my brittle hair), magnesium, selenium, and vitamin b12. I have read that will help my tsh t3 and t4 work together to get my metabolism and energy up!! I took them before I came to work today and wonder how many days, weeks or months it is going to take to see a marked difference.
I have these 47 pounds that just will not budge. They love this body too much to let it go. Well I am ready to let them go and be free....be free heavy fat pounds. Go somewhere else. I am ready to see you leave :)
