#228: Do You Stride Boldly Toward Success?
Friday, February 12, 2010
How do you approach your journey to weight loss and better health?
Do you tiptoe cautiously around the established successful SP program, dipping a toe in the healthy eating pool here and another toe in the exercise pool there, afraid of committing yourself?
That approach will not bring you success.
We must stride boldly forward, armed with the armor of knowledge and commitment. We must not be timid. We must strive to be forceful in our dedication, our perseverance and our commitment.
Simply "trying" the program will not be enough. We must tightly embrace the principles that have brought success to thousands of others before us.
No, do not be timid. Don't do the ballet dance on tiptoes. Rush forward with steely resolve. Jump into your program with both feet. Submit every molecule of your being into becoming a new person.
You can do this. It's not that difficult. But it does require time and energy. It requires intestinal fortitude, grit and resolve. Such a challenge is not for the weak-willed.
Are you ready for such a commitment?
Will you tiptoe around success or will you stride boldly toward it and grasp it for your own?
