P Put it in writing (track your food and exercise) 5 points per day

I Ignite the metabolism (cardio)5 points per 30 minutes, not to exceed 20 points a day

D Down (lower Body) 5 points per 20 reps, not to exceed 20 points a day.

Max 95 points a day.
