1st BLOG Entry----Hmm---Inter

To write a note to myself or someone I don't even know but might see it seems silly,but then I've found myself writing notes on my fitness tracker to explain{to myself} why I didn't exercise that day. Why?----b/c later I'll want to know why and forget unless I write it...less memory cells since the arrival of our toddler!!....
I love sparkpeople.com!! It's helped me in so many ways but really, it was my MISSING LINK TO WEIGHT LOSS!!! For years I had a trainer but no one to re-train MY MOUTH!!! I begged my trainer to write down meal plans but she only did one and it failed or rather I failed it and I never truly lost weight doing workouts 4x/wk.b/c I couldn't track every bite of what I ate.
Thank you sparkpeople.com for helping me to see that I CAN DO IT and will stop seeing " that belly" for good this year!!!! :) emoticon
