FYI to anyone that follows my blogs...I am going to start using my blog for journaling my runs for my own quick reference. Please do not feel you need to comment every time unless I blow your socks off with my running prowess. LOL

Purpose of this run was to add base mileage...didn't feel really strong but the run was moderately easy.

Sunday: 7.41 miles
Thursday: 4.68 miles
Saturday: 4.21 miles

Totals for week: 16.30 miles

    Not that I mind reading your running journal because you do blow my socks off but just checking to make sure you know that there is another spot on SP that you can journal daily privately by your planner. Just go to planner under My Tools. Keep running and keep sparking!
