2 ND Week of Charlene Extreme Workout

I'm on my 2nd week of Charlene Extreme, 2nd day. It was a lower body workout & back, biceps & triceps. I did 10 & 12 sets /w/ 40 LB BB & some lower weight /W/DB. I also Power walked today & did some kickboxing on my nature walk , jacks & uphill lunges. I jumped rope inside for 10 min. It was brisk out, but calm & sunny. I had a nice time being amongst nature. Love it! Can't wait for springtime.
