Morning Workout

I am so happy right now and I say right now, because I worked out this morning and I'm praying I don't crash in the afternoon. Yep, I got up at 5am and did a 10 min lower body strength training video and 2 mile walk away the pounds video. I feel so alert that this is my second blog for today! Which is good, because I am soooo not a blogger, but that's what the challenge ask for and you best know I'm going to make that challenge. You don't know how many times I have set my alarm to get up at 5 am and don't workout. I just turn that alarm off and go back to sleep. For some reason today, I just jumped right up and said ok let's do it girl. I still have to work out with my sister today after work, so that means I'm going to have a lot of cardio minutes in! Well it's a lot to me, and that's all that matters right? Yep! I will add on more to this blog later. Let you know how I feel around 12:00 pm and 4:00pm. Bit-O-Honey is cheering for energy all day!!! emoticon this is sooo going to be me and my sister this year!!!

    Oh shuckie duckie now! Work it girlie! Are you trying to get finer than me? I don't think so....lol. But anyway emoticon on achieving something that is really really hard for most of us to do. And I see that you have inspired others to do the same just by sharing. So this blog thing really does make a difference.

    Good for you! I hate getting up early to work out too, but if I don't it doesn't done. Great job & think of all those extra nmins you'll have tonight!

    Great job. I wish that I had the drive to get up early and workout but I just cant seem to do it. I hope that you made it though the day and that you were feeling good late in the day. Keep it going!

    Way to go on all that cardio today! I set my alarm too with intentions of getting up but I usually end up hitting the snooze button for an hour!

    Hello teammate.... emoticon on waking up at 5 am and doing the dang thang.... I know how it feel to workout early and struggle to stay focus throughout the rest of the day. My advice to you is to take it hour by hour... Every hour that you stay on track, pat yourself on the back...You did it and for some reason you fail, skip that hour, take it as a lost and "Start Over"..... emoticon emoticon emoticon
