I am so happy right now and I say right now, because I worked out this morning and I'm praying I don't crash in the afternoon. Yep, I got up at 5am and did a 10 min lower body strength training video and 2 mile walk away the pounds video. I feel so alert that this is my second blog for today! Which is good, because I am soooo not a blogger, but that's what the challenge ask for and you best know I'm going to make that challenge. You don't know how many times I have set my alarm to get up at 5 am and don't workout. I just turn that alarm off and go back to sleep. For some reason today, I just jumped right up and said ok let's do it girl. I still have to work out with my sister today after work, so that means I'm going to have a lot of cardio minutes in! Well it's a lot to me, and that's all that matters right? Yep! I will add on more to this blog later. Let you know how I feel around 12:00 pm and 4:00pm. Bit-O-Honey is cheering for energy all day!!!
