Today before I started to workout, I had to shovel the snow around my car & clean it off the car. It was wet snow snow & very heavy. My DH is disabled so it's my job. I used this 45 min. it took me as a warm up, to do the "Charlene Extreme" workout.
Well I started out /W/ 20 min. of kickboxing routine. Then I began the workout, which was,
a Burn Circuit ( sets of 10 to 12 reps )
Sumo Squats / OH Press: 10 LBS
Lunge / calf raises: 15 LBS
Squats / Lateral raises : 5 LBS
Lunges / Front raises : 10 LBS
Squats / calf raises : 36 LB BB
Sumo Squats / Deltoid Raises : 5 LBS
Squats / OH Press : 10 LBS & 1 set of 3 very slow
Lunges / Lateral raises : 5 LBS
Extreme Push ups : 3 slow on toes. (VERY TOUGH ) I did it, but didn't reach all the way down.
Slow is very hard , compare to regular push ups
Sumo squats / Calf raises : 36 LBS & (1 set of 3 ) very slow
I also added:
star squats, Squats on balance pods, core exercises /w/ balance pods, yoga, more kickboxing, lunges on pods, side lunges on pods, step ups, lateral step ups on pods, jog onto pods, crunches, BK. ext on ball, push ups on ball, planks on ball & on floor /w/ weighted reaches. Walked my dog for the day 45 min.
