Okay, I completed 2 weeks so far. Today was all cardio and yoga.
Plus I added some other exercises. I'll write down what I did, even though it's after midnight. I fell asleep before, so I'm kind of wired.
Burn It Off Circuit:
Single leg floor tap : 20 per leg
Plyometric Reverse Lunges : 25 per leg
Planks /W/ Knee Pulls ( 2 X 25 reps )
Jacks : 200
Step Straddle: I did this for 2 minutes (Fast)
Speed Skate : 25 per side
Jump Squats: 25 reps
Speed Skate /W/ lateral leg raises: 25 per side
Football Drill : 5 minutes
Yoga was part of the workout also: Held positions all for 60 sec.
Rag doll // Arm Sweep chair // Moving Fan // Piles // Fan /// Stretched
Plank /// Upward Dog // Downward facing dog /// Split leg stance /// Warrior I, II, III ////Triangle /////Pyramid //// Runners Lunges /// Pyramid
Shadow Boxing For My Warm Up : 20 minutes
QFC : Frog Squats
OMY : yoga // B. Twists ( I don't know the spelling of the twist position )
Crunches : 200
Bk. Ext: on Ball: 40 reps
Push ups : on Ball: 50
Some Kettle bell moves
Core Balance exercises /on/ Pods: a variety //held my 8 LB kettle for all balance exercises.
Saturday I'm going to do a Kettlebell Workout. I forgot about them. I intend to include them /W/ My routine on off days.
