staying healthy

i had another healthy day today it wasn't to hard today. today was more like normal so i find its easier to eat healthy and exercise when im not stressed. i exercised on my ellipticall for 30 mins. ill have to go to walking the rest of the week cause my husbands on overnites. i hope i do good the rest of the week then that will make it 2 weeks straight. spark on .........
