With this diet I lost 5 lbs. the first week. Always remember to use measuring cups and use your nutrition tracker to count your calories. Always remember to read the back of nutrition label, so you can know what one serving is. You can google these products to see how they look before you go grocery shopping. These are all inexpensive items. This is just one option. If you add all the calories up on the nutrition tracker you will see that this is less than 1200 calories. It also taste amazing and you don't have to feel guilty.
breakfast: 3/4 cup of general mills cereal, 1/2 cup of 2% milk (cinnamon toast crunch, cheerios, fiber one, etc) their cereal has whole grain in it 8g.
1 medium apple or orange.
2 cups water
Lunch: Morningstar buffalo wings (vegetarian chicken nuggets, soy) 1 serving
1 tbsp of kraft bbq sauce
celery/ carrots
2 cups water
snack: (between meals) Dannon light and fit yogurt
blue bunny Raspberry Vanilla AspenĀ® Frozen Yogurt Granola Bar
2 cups of water
Dinner: Fresh express salad 2 cups
1 tyson boneless chicken breast
tomato
egg
wishbone salad spritzer
2 cups of water
