I just checked out the SparkEarth (SparkAmerica) page - I know, after being here 3 years I'm just getting to it!???
Well I put in a monthly and yearly goal. This should help me get to the gym more often. I find that I'm making a lot of excuses lately for not going and need to turn that around.
So 1972 minutes a month is it. I usually average about 90 minutes when I go, so this puts it at a 5 day a week regimen, should be easy since I go 6 days a week during good weeks.
I'll have to do a little catching up for this month - last week was one of those bad weeks.
So I'm off to a slow start but ready to get moving!
