Feb 2010 Update

I haven't blogged on here in awhile and I'm bored at work, so I figured I'd give a run down on whats been going on.
Since the new year I haven't really lost any weight:
I rarely track
I haven't been eating horrible, but far from great
I haven't been all that keen on the gym.. in fact I think I have grown to hate it...
But that's O.K.
I'm still here.
I haven't gained anything..
Also since then I have increased my running abilities (faster/stronger) and ran my first 10k distance this past Sunday as part of my Calgary Country Hill Running Room 10k Clinic, only 3 weeks left until our goal race.
A year ago I couldn't walk for 10 minutes on a treadmill without wanting to throw up, pass out or something would hurt.
I'm sure I've lost inches.
I signed up for the Diakonos 10k Run in March and Mellisa's Run (Banff) in September, suppose I should find more stuff to do, maybe even a Half Marathon somewhere in my future..
I've learned a lot about myself and what I want/need to be happy and healthy.
I haven't played any Xbox360 or online video games this year..
I gave up Canada VS Russia Hockey to run hills...
Also I've been spending lots of time with someone who I think is pretty great.
Overall I feel pretty good about life.
So, back to trying to track and eat a bit better! It'll all come around!
