Doing better

Well, I am getting back into the saddle. It is unbelievable how long it takes to get back into shape after such a short illness. But today I did 2 miles at the gym at a slightly faster rate than last week. I also spent somme time on the bike. I had heard that it will help rebuild the cartilage in the knees. I think the trick here is to not give up when you get frustrated.

    Just make sure that you do take it slowly or you will get that thing back and then you won't be able to work out. I know I have been there and ended up in the hospital twice and after the second time I took it easy until I know that I was well and could start working out again. So make sure that you take it easy.
