Well, I am getting back into the saddle. It is unbelievable how long it takes to get back into shape after such a short illness. But today I did 2 miles at the gym at a slightly faster rate than last week. I also spent somme time on the bike. I had heard that it will help rebuild the cartilage in the knees. I think the trick here is to not give up when you get frustrated.
