Today I alternated Cardio /w/ Low weight DB exercises: all 20 reps & cadrio : 2 min. except kickbox drill I did for 15 min

jump rope ///Curls // Speed Skate /w/ thigh toners
OH Shoulder presses ///kickboxing drill ///Lunges //Lunge /w/ jump shot
Bent over rows //Plyometric bowlers lungs
Bent over triceps kickbacks // OH tricep ext///// Kickboxing drill //w/ thigh toners
Lateral raises ///Sumo burpees /// Curls ///Plyometric reverse lunges
weighted crunches ///Kickboxing drill //squats//jacks////lower body blast /w/thigh toners

crunches///moving cat/// side taps//////crisscross////double presser/// side pike
weighted crunches////////oblique wrap through// reach & tuck///////oblique wrap through

Plus I did extra: balance core exercises /w/pods dancing for 15 minutes/////jogging more jump rope
