Running from the stroke of Midnight (Your Time Zone) Friday February 26th through 11:59PM (Your Time Zone) Tuesday Mar 2nd
S~ S~ Share, Blog, 5 points per blog/ day (see notes)
P~ Pump it up, 1 point for 10 minutes of STRENGTH TRAINING (maximum 10 points = 100 minutes/day)
R~ Rest, get 6 or more Hours Sleep/ night 5 points/ day
I~ Include cardio, 1 point for every 10 minutes of cardio exercise completed. (maximum 10 points = 100 minutes/day)
N~ Nutrition, Stay in your Range 5 points per day
G~Get hydrated - 5 points for every day you drink 8+ glasses of water. (Max 5 pts/day)
