My plans for the next 6 weeks.

Lemme announce my plans for the next 6 weeks of our challenge. I will do my 20 minutes of cardio 5 days a week, and I will drink my 8 glasses of water. Today I mixed a bit of Pink Lemonade into my 64 ounces of water and gulp gulp, they were gone, just like that. That is good news!!! I will make sure there is plenty of fruit in the house for snacks also. Hubby bought tons of greens, so I can make salads galore.
And so we continue refreshed and with a great attitude!!
