I am getting back on track. I had an extremely physical day at work, so I decide to give my body a break and did not exercise. My eating was great. I controlled the sodas better but need to get more water down. But I am glad to be back at it again.

3. Strength-training- off
5. Healthy Eating-Ate below calorie range
6. Water 6 Cups.
