Jillian REALLY...Come on over!!!

Oh how I wish that I had the money to have Jillian live at my home for the next 8 weeks. It is amazing that she knows exactly what to do to cause her "team" to be the biggest losers. Oh to have that on my side for even a short time, would be amazing.

I know I HAVE TO beat 300 this week, I am sick of it. I have been stuck in this general area for too long, and I need to figure out how to get passed it. I have an extra room Jillian, and the high desert is an awesome place this time of year. What can I do to "con" you into coming to live with me for just a short time???

    Jillian would think you were so much stronger than most of her contestants because look how far you've come so far.

    I - Tunes should make a cut of her voice saying inspiring things like she does on her show. You could listen to it while you exercise.

    They would make tons of money off of people who need Jillian all over them during exercise. Her voice would be in your head the whole time...

    Ppppffffttttt! Who needs Jillian when you've got US!!! We're all WAY cooler and would be MORE than happy to kick you in the butt for FREE!!!

    Do what YOU tell ME: CHANGE IT UP. I don't know if it's normal or not, but I UPPED my calorie intake slightly, and NOW the scales moves more freely. I don't know if my body was in fear of starving before, so it was holding on to those pesky little fat cells! I swear I've been losing about a half pound a day, and I am TOTALLY COOL WITH THAT!!!

    Try working out at different times of day. Eat breakfast for dinner. Psyche out your own body. You have to tools in place and the most supportive group behind you all the way! You've got until SUNDAY!!! Go! Go! Go!

    I think we all wish that we had a Jillian to help us. I think we need to become our own Jillians though. If you can't push yourself to your limit and work as hard as you can, nobody can! emoticon

    You don't need Jillian. You are kicking butt already and as long as you keep working hard, which I know you will, that plateau will be a distant memory soon enough!

    BE YOUR OWN JILLIAN!
    It IS possible to KICK YOUR OWN BUTT!
    I am one of those people who do it every day!
    I have friends who come to ZUMBA with me and complain about the teacher because they dont sweat?!?! HUH?
    THEY need to MOVE and WORK and MODIFY to make things harder for THEM!
    That is what I am suggesting...You dont need Jillian...and even if you had Jillian, then what when she leaves? :)
    If YOU motivate YOURSELF and kick your OWN butt, you can CONTINUE to do that WITHOUT stinkin old Jillian! :) (I love Jillian, by the way, I just know you dont need her)
