Spring has Sprung!!! :)

Well spring came in like a lamb; but I am not complaining... I have been walking my dog up to an hour a day and just seeing the sunshine makes me smile. I live in the frozen north in Canada and it is not unusual to have -30 degree celcuis weather this time of year.. talk about depressing, considering it always snows before Halloween and our river never breaks up till May... long long winters... SO yesterday was +12 C
and I have never felt better even mother nature is supporting my healthy lifestyle.

I appear to be over my slump, and I feel as if my new life is around the corner.
