I'm almost through reading ChiRunning by Danny Dreyer.
I highly recommend it.
I used to do a lot of running, but I was always getting hurt.
I got so frustrated that I gave up running and only did walking.
To make that a challenge, I would carry extra weights, up to 50-60 lbs.
Now, I have become so enthused again after reading this book, I'm going to start running again. Last night I did one lap at the track. Not much, but I couldn't do 1/4 of a lap before. I'll let you know how I progress.
