Baking some sparkrecipes!!

Ok, going to make skillet white beans,spinach, and tomatoes over linguini since I need to make dinner and want a healthful choice! Had good luck with other sparkrecipes --turkey and black bean sloppy joes and also 20 minute Parmesan Chicken. Hope it tastes good.... emoticon emoticon
BTW, still feel great ---had hot soak--- no sore leg muscles!!
Just finished trying it---oh so yummy and prep time was about 20 min. for me! Is very good as a side dish or main dish;I used arrowroot as a thickening agent to cut down soupiness. My toddler loved the noodles{ I substituted gemelli noodles and spaghetti}!!! emoticon

    Okay, I just have to ask... Do you think it would turn out okay without the tomatoes? (I'm allergic to tomatoes.) Everything else sounded great!

    Very much worth trying out---Skillet White Beans,Spinach,Tomatoes Over Linguine-----Lots of vitamins, high in calcium,low for dinner(318.7}.I LOVED it and ths small amt. of prep time(20 min.)!!! emoticon emoticon
