i started taking these fiber gummies that i saw advertised in oxygen magazine and you can find them in the fiber aisle at Target... you're supposed to take 2 a day. so i've been taking them as soon as i get home from the gym every morning, right before i cook up my oatbran with blueberries...
and i've been doing this for about 4 weeks now, and i'm feeling really good. just wanted to say that if you're not taking a fiber supplement, and you feel like you might need one, i'd definitely recommend this one. works well and it doesn't make you uncomfortable at all. just wanted to share that with all of you... lol.
also, i'm trying to focus on how i feel and how my body is responding to my workouts and nutrition instead of focusing so much on the number on the scale. especially because i've been focusing more on my strength training, and i know that muscle weighs more than fat, and i don't want to get discouraged if i jump on the scale and i'm up a pound and a half or something. yep, so i'm going to prolly hop on it every friday morning... see where i'm at... but keep working hard and tuning into how my body FEELS.
i'm also aiming to 100 crunches and atleast 30 oblique crunches (per side) daily. i seem to get quicker definition that way, and it makes me feel happy lol
