I took my PT test yesterday, and I scored a lot higher than I usually do. I've been doing the P90X workouts but not the meal plan because I'm deployed and can't really control my meals. I've managed to lose two inches off my waist, but I've gained 8 pounds. I guess the real measure of success will be getting home and seeing how my clothes fit. I can't really tell much in uniform, but I'll be home soon, so I guess I'll find out. I really need to remember that weight is just a number. I'm definitely stronger and more toned now, plus I've become much more cardiovascularly fit, and I know that means more than what the scale says. =)
